village views based upon your photographs/reference images.

Ceramic:

I create scenes in clay using my own mixed slips created from oxides and stains. Pieces are then fired (bisque firing) and glazes are then added before undergoing a separate glaze firing. Pieces are often textured and are rarely just flat.

I welcome commissions but these often take a lot longer to create.

I only fire my kiln when it is full to reduce costs and work sustainably. Therefore, if you wish to order a custom or personalised gift for Christmas or someone's birthday please do so a minimum of 8 weeks in advance.

I welcome the challenge to take on commissions of customer's favourite photos - just email me to discuss further. Other shapes such as rectangles/squares are possible.
